Ribs & Burgers Free Delivery Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period
   This promotion is valid from 17th March 2025 to 30th March 2025 (inclusive). Orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible for the free delivery offer.

2. Eligibility

   • The free delivery offer is available only when orders are placed directly via our website using the Me&U platform.

   • Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menulog) are not eligible.

   • The promotion is valid for participating Ribs & Burgers locations only.

3. Discount Application

   • The standard delivery fee of $10.99 will be waived automatically at checkout when eligible orders are placed.

   • No additional discount codes are required to access this offer.

4. Delivery Service Disclaimer

   • Ribs & Burgers uses a third-party delivery partner to facilitate deliveries.

   • The delivery drivers are not employees or affiliates of Ribs & Burgers.

   • Ribs & Burgers is not responsible for any delays, delivery issues, or damages incurred during transit. Any concerns related to delivery should be directed to the third-party provider handling the order.

5. Order Conditions

   • The promotion applies to standard delivery orders only and does not cover express or priority delivery options.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents with an active Instagram account, enabling them to submit an entry as outlined below.

Promotional Period

The competition opens at 9:00 AM AEST on 13/12/2024 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 12/01/2025.

How to Enter

To enter during the Promotional Period:

1. Log into your Instagram account.

3. Like the post and tag two or more friends in the competition post.

By submitting an entry, entrants warrant that they own all rights to the entry submitted.

Prize Details

Five (5) winners will each receive:

• 1 x Ninja Foodi Max XXXL Dual Zone 9.5L Air Fryer

The prize is neither redeemable for cash nor transferable. All components of the prize must be used together; otherwise, they are deemed forfeited. Prizes will be couriered to the winners.

Winner Selection

Winners will be drawn randomly on 13/01/2025 and contacted via Instagram. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Claiming the Prize

Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification by providing their delivery address. If a winner does not respond, forfeits the prize, or fails to meet the terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to recipient absence or incorrect details, substitution of the prize is at the Promoter’s discretion.

Privacy and Communications

By providing your contact details, you agree to receive communications from Ribs & Burgers and its parent company, Blue Coral Concepts, until you opt-out.

Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

1. Incorrect or incomplete transcription of entry information.
2. Lost, misdirected, or delayed entries, whether due to technical errors or otherwise.
3. Technical issues, including those involving networks, servers, hardware, or software.
4. Unavailability or inaccessibility of services due to internet traffic or other issues.
5. Unauthorised human intervention or errors in competition administration.
6. Loss, damage, or injury (including economic loss) caused by participation in the competition or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize acceptance. Entrants should seek independent financial advice where necessary.

Promoter

The Promoter is Ribs & Burgers.

1. Eligibility

The promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on Monday, December 2, 2024, and ends on Sunday, January 5, 2025.

3. How to Redeem

a) The promotion is valid for purchases made via our online ordering system, me&u.
b) The promotion is not valid for over-the-counter purchases or orders made through third-party delivery aggregators.

4. Customer Eligibility

a) This promotion is open to all Ribs & Burgers customers.
b) Customers automatically enter the draw when using me&u to make a purchase.
c) Customers must sign up for the loyalty program to be eligible for a share of 10,000,000 R&B Reward points.
d) There will be five winners, each receiving 2,000,000 R&B Reward points (a total of 10,000,000 points).

5. Acceptance

By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

10. Voucher(s) are non-refundable nor redeemable for cash. Reading Cinemas Pty Ltd are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen tickets.
