Our R&B Rewards program will commence on July 1st and customers will be able to earn and redeem points through our online ordering platform, ME&U.
Ribs & Burgers Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers for their purchases. By joining, you can earn points that can be redeemed for discounts and other benefits.
After completing your order using the me&u ordering systems available, you’ll be prompted to join the loyalty program. You’ll see a screen showing how many points you could have earned, and you’ll be asked to enter your email address to join. If your email is already associated with your me&u account, simply press the ‘get my points’ button to join—it’s that easy!
Earn points by making purchases through me&u systems at any Ribs & Burgers. For every dollar spent, you earn 100 points. 100 points equal $0.05, effectively giving you 5% back on every purchase.
Points can only be earned on me&u compatible ordering platforms, if ordering from our “counters”, please use the me&u QR code available.
Redeem your points for discounts on future purchases at Ribs & Burgers through me&u. When placing an order, you’ll have the option to use your points to pay. A minimum of 15,000 points is required to redeem and before you’re able to redeem.
Yes, you can use your Ribs & Burgers Rewards at any Ribs & Burgers location. Earn points at one store and spend them at another, as long as you’re ordering and redeeming via me&u.
Your points balance will be displayed in the top right corner when you place an order on me&u at any Ribs & Burgers location. 15,000 points equals $7.50 off you next order, 20,000 points equals $10 off your next order as examples.
No, Ribs & Burgers Rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
No, you will only be able to redeem one offer per transaction. Either you RBR or a discount/coupon/offer code.
You can only earn on any balance after the discount/coupon/offer code has been applied
Ribs & Burgers Reward points have a rolling 12 months expiry date from the day of accrual
No previous loyalty programs in which Ribs & Burgers was a partner in prior to June 30th 2024 cannot have its balances or benefits transferred to the Ribs & Burgers Rewards program starting July 1st 2024 within me&u.
Yes, you will automatically be included in the loyalty program and Ribs & Burgers communications when joining the Ribs & Burgers Rewards program. If you unsubscribe at any time, you will stop receiving communications and we will not be responsible for any missed incentives, discounts, loyalty bonus or like thereof.
Ribs & Burgers is no longer affiliated with the DRC (Dining Rewards Club). This change has been communicated to all DRC customers through various email and SMS campaigns. However, we are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of our new loyalty program, R&B Rewards.
Effective from July 1st, DRC accounts will no longer be accepted at Ribs & Burgers, and any accrued cashback or account balance will not be transferred. Your membership with DRC will remain unaffected.
