1. Eligibility

The promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on Monday, December 2, 2024, and ends on Sunday, January 5, 2025.

3. How to Redeem

a) The promotion is valid for purchases made via our online ordering system, me&u.
b) The promotion is not valid for over-the-counter purchases or orders made through third-party delivery aggregators.

4. Customer Eligibility

a) This promotion is open to all Ribs & Burgers customers.
b) Customers automatically enter the draw when using me&u to make a purchase.
c) Customers must sign up for the loyalty program to be eligible for a share of 10,000,000 R&B Reward points.
d) There will be five winners, each receiving 2,000,000 R&B Reward points (a total of 10,000,000 points).

5. Acceptance

By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

6. Rules

a) Each of the five winners will receive 2,000,000 R&B Reward points.
b) This offer cannot be redeemed through third-party applications or delivery partners.
c) This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, including subscription coupons or promo codes.

7. Promoter’s Rights

a) The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, or regulatory changes.
b) Any updates will be communicated to entrants promptly.
c) The promoter’s decisions regarding the promotion are final.

8. Agreement

By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions of Ribs & Burgers.

9. Cancellation

The promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond their control arise.

3. This promotion is only valid for over-the-counter purchases at Rhodes Ribs & Burgers.
4. It is not valid for online, takeaway or delivery orders.
5. There is no entry fee to accept this promotion.
6. By accepting this exclusive promotion, the customer is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. Rules and Redemption: (a) A customer will be eligible to choose 1 menu item of their choice from the below menu.

8. The customer can choose 1 x 375ml can drink or water to be eligible to receive a valid Cinemoney Voucher. 
9. Cinemoney Vouchers are not valid online. The voucher must be redeemed at the box office where it will be exchanged for one movie session ticket.
10. Voucher(s) are non-refundable nor redeemable for cash. Reading Cinemas Pty Ltd are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen tickets.
11. Voucher(s) are voided if expiry dates or any other form of changes have been made.
12. Voucher(s) are non-transferable and not valid for Reading Gold Lounge, Premium, Titan XC, Titan Luxe or 3D sessions.
13. Voucher is not redeemable for any special event screening, including but not limited to Movie Marathons, Charity Screenings or Special Previews.
14. Not valid with any other offer.
15. Voucher(s) are not permitted to be utilised in any form of advertised or other third party promotional activities
16. without written approval from Reading Cinemas Pty Ltd.
17. Reading Cinemas Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any voucher(s) if any terms and conditions are breached.
18. Voucher(s) is valid until the last calendar day of the clipped expiry month.
19. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including subscription coupons and promo codes.
20. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter
21. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final.

23. We reserve the right to cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of our control.
24. We encourage the safe consumption of alcohol.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Entrants must also comply with and agree to sign up to our database to be eligible to participate. Persons under the age of 18, as well as employees of Ribs & Burgers, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

2. Competition Period: The competition begins on [start date] and ends on [end date]. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. Prize Details: The winner will receive 1 x Texas Trio Char-Griller,  Dual Fuel & BBQ and Smoker up to the value of $1,199. In the event that the specified product is not available at the time the winner is announced, a similar product of equivalent value will be provided to the winner without prior notice.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided upon entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

5. Prize Redemption: The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being announced and contacted. Failure to redeem the prize within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and no alternative prize will be provided.

6. Delivery of Prize: The prize will be delivered to the winner’s postal address as provided upon entry. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the prize once it has been dispatched for delivery.

7. General Conditions:

   • By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
   • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
   • We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or breaching these terms and conditions.
   • Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
