The Wagyu Royale is the king of burgers. Wagyu, of course, is beloved as the reigning king of beef for its impossibly marbled, flavourful, and tender cuts, which is why turning it into a burger was a stroke of genius worthy of a crown. This tantalisingly tasty patty is joined by a court of flavour, including crisp lettuce, American cheese, pickles from a boutique pickler, both fried onion and red onion for good measure, and both our pink sauce and special sauce. Tender and juicy in all the right places and crispy and fresh in all the rest, this is one burger that you’ll be happy to bow down to.
