Start an Order
Using your phone, open the camera app and scan the QR code, or you can click the order now link to go via the website.

Place your Order
Now you can proceed to the checkout, where you can opt to join the R&B Rewards Program.
Step 3
Complete the Payment
Once the payment is completed, there will be a box that asks you to join the program.
Step 4
Sign Up!
Enter your email address, you’re almost done!
Step 5
Press Sign Up
Press the sign up option and will earn points for the transaction!

Not enough reward points?
If you cannot see the box to redeem points, you don’t have the minimum amount (20,000) points to redeem.

Enough Reward points?
If you have enough reward points, there will be a box that will have your points balance that can be redeemed.
Step 5
Redeeming your reward points
When you have enough R&B points, simply press the ‘apply’ button and the full rewards balance will apply.

What is Ribs & Burgers Rewards?
Ribs & Burgers Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers for their purchases. By joining, you can earn points that can be redeemed for discounts and other benefits.
How do I join Ribs & Burgers Rewards?
After completing your order using the me&u ordering systems available, you’ll be prompted to join the loyalty program. You’ll see a screen showing how many points you could have earned, and you’ll be asked to enter your email address to join. If your email is already associated with your me&u account, simply press the ‘get my points’ button to join—it’s that easy!
How do I earn points with Ribs & Burgers Rewards?
Earn points by making purchases through me&u systems at any Ribs & Burgers. For every dollar spent, you earn 100 points. 100 points equal $0.05, effectively giving you 5% back on every purchase.
Points can only be earned on me&u compatible ordering platforms, if ordering from our “counters”, please use the me&u QR code available.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeem your points for discounts on future purchases at Ribs & Burgers through me&u. When placing an order, you’ll have the option to use your points to pay. A minimum of 15,000 points is required to redeem and before you’re able to redeem.
Can I use my Ribs & Burgers Rewards at any Ribs & Burgers location?
Yes, you can use your Ribs & Burgers Rewards at any Ribs & Burgers location. Earn points at one store and spend them at another, as long as you’re ordering and redeeming via me&u.
How do I track my Ribs & Burgers Rewards points and rewards?
Your points balance will be displayed in the top right corner when you place an order on me&u at any Ribs & Burgers location. 15,000 points equals $7.50 off you next order, 20,000 points equals $10 off your next order as examples.
Can I share my Ribs & Burgers Rewards with someone else?
No, Ribs & Burgers Rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
Can I redeem a discount code and my Ribs & Burgers points on one transaction?
No, you will only be able to redeem one offer per transaction. Either you RBR or a discount/coupon/offer code.
Can I earn when using a discount/coupon/offer code on me&u?
You can only earn on any balance after the discount/coupon/offer code has been applied.
Do my points expire?
Ribs & Burgers Reward points have a rolling 12 months expiry date from the day of accrual.
Do I receive communications about my Ribs & Burgers Rewards loyalty program?
Yes, you will automatically be included in the loyalty program and Ribs & Burgers communications when joining the Ribs & Burgers Rewards program. If you unsubscribe at any time, you will stop receiving communications and we will not be responsible for any missed incentives, discounts, loyalty bonus or like thereof.
