Pork St Louis Ribs (600g)

Served like our beef friends, our 600g Pork St. Louis ribs are strong contenders for our favourite meal on the menu!

We slow cook these ribs for eight hours long, that’s literally one third of the day, think about that! Afterwards we use our secret homemade basting recipe which is one for the ages. Finally, they are lightly charred on the flame, sealing in every last bit of the juiciness.
