Here\u2019s the Honest Truth<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5dad74f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5dad74f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"419\">We get asked this one all the time:<\/p><p data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"419\"><strong data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"419\">\u201cCan I eat gluten-free at Ribs &amp; Burgers?\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"661\">The answer? <strong data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"479\">Sort of \u2014 but with some important caveats.<\/strong> While we\u2019ve made a real effort to include more gluten-friendly options on our menu, we\u2019re not a gluten-free restaurant \u2014 and it\u2019s important you know what that means before ordering.<\/p><p data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"661\"><span style=\"color: #2d455a; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 35px; font-style: inherit; font-weight: 800; text-transform: uppercase;\">First Up: What Does <\/span><em style=\"color: #2d455a; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 35px; font-weight: 800; text-transform: uppercase;\" data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"709\">Gluten-Friendly<\/em><span style=\"color: #2d455a; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 35px; font-style: inherit; font-weight: 800; text-transform: uppercase;\"> Really Mean?<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"881\">When we say \u201cgluten-friendly,\u201d we mean that the item contains <strong data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"824\">low or no gluten-based ingredients<\/strong>, but it\u2019s <strong data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"880\">not prepared in a gluten-free environment<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1190\">All our meals are cooked in kitchens where <strong data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"994\">gluten is present across equipment, grills, fryers, and surfaces<\/strong>. So, while some items can be modified to reduce gluten, <strong data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1093\">we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact<\/strong> \u2014 and therefore, our menu is not suitable for coeliacs or anyone with severe gluten intolerance.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1242\">Which Burgers Can Be Made Without Gluten?<\/h3><p data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1405\">We offer a <strong data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1274\">gluten-free bun<\/strong> that can be swapped onto <strong data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1314\">any burger<\/strong> on our menu. That way, you still get all the good stuff inside \u2014 without the standard bun.<\/p><p data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1598\">But here\u2019s the catch: <strong data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1519\">our regular beef and chicken burger patties are basted in a sauce that contains gluten<\/strong>. If you&#8217;re avoiding gluten, ask our staff to exclude the baste from your meal.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1883\" data-end=\"1915\">What About Bowls and Salads?<\/h3><p data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"2110\">Our <strong data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"1937\">burger bowls<\/strong> are a lower-gluten option (especially if you skip the patty baste), though again, they\u2019re not suitable for those with coeliac disease due to the shared kitchen environment.<\/p><p data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2150\">Recommended lower-gluten bowl options:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2199\"><li data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2176\"><p data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2176\"><strong data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2176\">Chicken Burger Bowl<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2199\"><p data-start=\"2179\" data-end=\"2199\"><strong data-start=\"2179\" data-end=\"2199\">Beef Burger Bowl<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2248\">And for lighter sides or add-ons, we recommend:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2249\" data-end=\"2286\"><li data-start=\"2249\" data-end=\"2268\"><p data-start=\"2251\" data-end=\"2268\"><strong data-start=\"2251\" data-end=\"2268\">Cabbage Salad<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2269\" data-end=\"2286\"><p data-start=\"2271\" data-end=\"2286\"><strong data-start=\"2271\" data-end=\"2286\">Greek Salad<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2393\">These items are made without gluten-based ingredients but are still prepared in kitchens that use gluten.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2400\" data-end=\"2438\">Can I Still Enjoy Ribs or Chicken?<\/h3><p data-start=\"2440\" data-end=\"2556\">Unfortunately, our <strong data-start=\"2459\" data-end=\"2481\">beef and pork ribs<\/strong> are not suitable for gluten-free diets, as our bastings do contain gluten.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2850\" data-end=\"2907\">A Word of Caution: We\u2019re Not a Gluten-Free Restaurant<\/h3><p data-start=\"2909\" data-end=\"3078\">While we go the extra mile to accommodate gluten-conscious diners, we want to be 100% clear:<br data-start=\"3001\" data-end=\"3004\" \/><strong data-start=\"3004\" data-end=\"3078\">We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from gluten.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"3080\" data-end=\"3305\">All our meals are prepared in kitchens that use gluten across multiple stations, from grills to fryers.
