                      13. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, is unable to satisfy these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>

                        Each winner must collect their BBQ Meat Pack from their nearest participating Ribs & Burgers restaurant in <\/span>Sydney, Brisbane, Perth or Melbourne<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
                      16. A dedicated collection date will be agreed between the Promoter and the winner. The prize must be collected on the agreed date. If the winner fails to collect the prize on the agreed collection date, the prize will be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter at its sole discretion.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>

                      19. Collection dates and locations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with Ribs & Burgers in advance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
                      20. Fresh Product & Storage<\/span><\/b>\u00a0
                        Winners are responsible for the safe transport, refrigeration, storage, handling and preparation of all products following collection. Ribs & Burgers is not responsible for any loss, spoilage, deterioration, illness or other issue arising after collection where this results from transportation, storage, handling, preparation or other circumstances outside of Ribs & Burgers\u2019 reasonable control.<\/span><\/li>
                      21. Winner Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>\u00a0
                        All costs associated with travelling to and from the nominated Ribs & Burgers restaurant to collect the prize are the responsibility of the winner.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>

                        Promotion Period<\/span><\/b>\u00a0
                        The R&B Passport promotion is valid during September to November 2026 and January to March 2027<\/strong>. The Passport may only be redeemed during these periods.<\/p>

                        Eligibility<\/span><\/b>\u00a0
                        The promotion is available to customers who receive a valid physical R&B Passport through participating Ribs & Burgers restaurants or eligible Ribs & Burgers delivery orders. Passports may be distributed through Delivery Aggregator orders and selectively to customers dining in-store at participating Ribs & Burgers restaurants.<\/p>

                        How to Passport Works<\/span><\/b>
                        The R&B Passport provides the holder with three (3) offers, referred to as \u201cDestinations\u201d, which are designed to be redeemed across three separate return visits.
                        A. A valid physical R&B Passport must be presented to restaurant staff at the time of redemption.
                        B. Each Destination may only be redeemed once. Once an offer has been redeemed, a Ribs & Burgers team member will stamp or mark the relevant Destination on the Passport.
                        C. A Destination that has already been redeemed and stamped cannot be redeemed again.<\/p>

                        Passport Offers<\/b>
                        The Passport includes the following three (3) Destinations:
                        Destination 1<\/strong> \u2013 Return Visit 1: One (1) complimentary snack, salad or side, valued up to $14.90.
                        Destination 2<\/strong> \u2013 Return Visit 2: One (1) complimentary thickshake, dessert or beverage, valued up to $13.90.
                        Destination 3<\/strong> \u2013 Return Visit 3: $20 dining credit towards the customer\u2019s bill.<\/p>

                        Redemption Conditions\u00a0<\/b>
                        Passport offers are available for dine-in only at participating Ribs & Burgers restaurants.
                        1. Passport offers are valid Monday to Thursday only during the Promotion Period.
                        2. A minimum spend of $80 per visit is required to redeem a Destination.
                        3. A maximum of one (1) Passport offer per table, per visit may be redeemed.
                        4. Passport offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or voucher.
                        5. The original physical Passport must be presented at the time of redemption.<\/p>

                        Offer Value<\/b>
                        Destination 1<\/strong>, the complimentary snack, salad or side must have a menu value of $14.90 or less.
                        Destination 2<\/strong>, the complimentary thickshake, dessert or beverage must have a menu value of $13.90 or less.
                        Destination 3<\/strong>, the customer will receive a $20 dining credit to be applied towards their eligible bill.
                        Any unused portion of an offer or dining credit will not be provided as cash or credit and cannot be carried over to another visit.<\/p>

                        Availability\u00a0<\/b>
                        All Passport offers are subject to menu and product availability at the participating restaurant.
                        If an eligible product is unavailable, the Promoter may offer an alternative eligible product at its discretion.<\/p>

                        Passport Validity<\/strong>
                        Passports are not redeemable for cash and the offers contained within the Passport cannot be exchanged for cash.
                        The Promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption of any Passport that has been altered, duplicated, reproduced, tampered with or is otherwise reasonably suspected of being invalid.
                        Lost, stolen or damaged Passports may not be replaced at the Promoter\u2019s discretion.<\/p>

                        The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of a Passport and any attempted redemption and to refuse a redemption that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
